Due to COVID, I am now seeing clients via Zoom only. My clients have found this to be very convenient, and it has allowed me to offer even more appointments outside of typical office hours when needed. Before meeting with me via Zoom, please read: Zoom Session Preparation

What If There Is Financial Hardship?
In situations of financial hardship, you are welcome to complete a Payment Schedule Request. You can detail how you would like the payment schedule to be structured, or offer an alternate solution on this form if that is needed. I don’t want anyone to miss getting help. I am happy to help when I can. Your request must be approved before our session.
Do You Accept Insurance?
My sessions and fees are not structured the way insurance companies structure them. My sessions are service based and not hourly based, and my sessions are typically longer in length than the 50-60 minute sessions outlined with insurance companies. There isn’t an insurance CPT code that represents my typical, initial Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) session. So, I would only be able to apply the CPT code for a 50-60 minute session. In short, it is unlikely to get reimbursement for my typical initial RRT session.
If you would still like to try to get insurance reimbursement, insurance is accommodated in the following way. I am an out-of-network provider. You need to contact your insurance company and ask if they reimburse for out-of-network providers. If so, ask how much they reimburse. You pay your full fee at the time of service. Through the client portal you can access your receipts, with CPT and diagnostic codes, for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The rates of reimbursement depend on your insurance policy. You will need to meet your out-of-network deductible. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to find out the details of your policy. So, you pay at the time of service, you access and print your receipt, you file with your insurance company, and you get reimbursed directly by them.
